Oriental Fried Rice Recipe

This fried rice is packed with meat and vegetables that it makes a complete dish by itself.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons oil
1 table spoon garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
500 grams ground chicken
2 pieces chinese chorizo, minced
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 table spoon chili-garlic sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
6 cups cooked rice
salt, pepper, and sugar to taste
1 teaspoon sesame oil

COOKING PROCEDURE

  • Heat oil in a wok. Sauté garlic and onions.
  • Add ground chicken and chorizo; stir-fry until chicken is cooked.
  • Add vegetables.
  • Season with chili-garlic sauce, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well. Season to taste. Drizzle with sesame oil.
